Equal Opportunity Policy at the Malaria in Melbourne conference
The Malaria in Melbourne conference is committed to offer an inclusive environment for scientific engagement and promote participation regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, or disability. MiM will ensure equal representation for session chairs, striving to provide equal opportunity in the selection of speakers. To achieve this, we will implement a scoring system to rate submitted abstracts based on scientific quality that will also take into consideration career interruptions and will ensure absence of unconscious bias in the selection of talks.
